Fraud Alerts
The minute a suspicious transaction is flagged in our system, Fraud Alerts begin. When a suspicious activity occurs on your Mastercard Debit Card, you will receive an alert and be requested to verify the transaction before it gets approved.

Lost or Stolen Card
Sometimes the unfortunate happens. If your Mastercard Debit Card or Visa Groundwork Card is lost or stolen, follow these steps to protect your balance.
Call and report the incident right away.

Set up Card Controls
Utilize our Card Controls feature within Online Banking to help protect your account.
Lock or Unlock your Visa Groundwork Credit Card.
Log in to portal.groundworkcard.com. Then, choose your account from your accounts page, and choose ”Account services,” then select ”Lock & unlock your card” and follow the instructions.

Use strong, unique passwords for your First Harvest Online Banking and Mobile App. Never share your password or verification code, even if someone claims to be from First Harvest.
